Don’t forget about exhibiting at the Harvest Festival in Delhi, to be held at the end of September.  If interested, call Susan Priest at 607-746-3220.

Theme Show--"Celebrate!"

The Board voted on a theme show entitled, “Celebrate,” to be held at Fox Care in Oneonta in December. You have plenty of time to work on your entry.  Any medium is OK.  Photography is OK.  Work must be framed and wired for hanging.  Hanging of the show will be on Tuesday, December 1st at 10 AM.  As a courtesy, Susan Priest will bring your artwork to Oneonta that day.  You must bring her your entry no later than Monday, November 30th.  Call her at 607-746-3220 if you want to make those arrangements.  Take-down of the show will be on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 10 AM.  All participants in the show are responsible for picking up their artwork.

Fundraiser--October 16th

We only have one fundraiser each year---selling Wilson’s BBQ chicken in Delhi.  We receive a portion of the proceeds that day, thanks to the generosity of Niles Wilson and family.  We’ve been assigned October 16th this year, from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M., in the parking lot of the old Great American on Main Street, Delhi, New York..  Please mark that date on your calendar now.  The booth must be manned by DAG members.  Come sit for an hour at our booth and help out.  If you can’t sit, please come into town and buy some chicken that day.  Please call Sue Priest at 607-746-3220 or email sahpriest@stny.rr.com to volunteer.
